This framework encourages individuals and teams to not only pursue their missional dreams but to do so with a sense of purpose and spiritual purpose. Through reflection, prayer, and community engagement, we become empowered and empower others to lead effectively while embodying the principles of love, service, and humility that Christ exemplified. By centering our leadership in this way, we find strength and clarity to navigate challenges and celebrate successes together.

To raise up Christians who first follow Jesus as devoted disciples—walking in humility, wisdom, and obedience—and then lead others as He did.
MISSION
To teach Christians to follow Jesus, being with Him in intimacy & surrender, and then to lead like Him—through movement, training, and Spirit-led community. We exist to see the Church move in the power of Acts once again, as believers lead and love in their homes, workplaces, churches, and neighborhoods.
